We Are Hiring: Assistant IT Manager – Marsa Alam
Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts is expanding its IT team! We are looking for a dedicated Assistant IT Manager to support our operations in beautiful Marsa Alam, Egypt.
Ensure our systems remain robust, reliable, and high-performing in one of Egypt's top resort destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and troubleshoot local resort IT networks, hardware, and hospitality-specific software systems.
• Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and high-level tech support for guests and operational teams.
• Implement data security protocols, regular system backups, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Collaborate with the corporate IT team to execute digital upgrades and system configurations.
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent technical certification.
• Solid experience handling network routing, firewalls, hardware installations, and tech troubleshooting (hospitality experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Micros, or similar PMS/POS setups).
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced resort environment.
