We Are Hiring: Assistant IT Manager – Hurghada
Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts is looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant IT Manager to join our team in Hurghada, Egypt.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our resort's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless guest and staff connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the resort's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
• Provide technical support to both staff and guests, ensuring swift resolution of network or system issues.
• Maintain data security, backups, and compliance with hotel IT standards.
• Supervise IT inventory and assist with routine system upgrades and maintenance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or network administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems), POS systems, network security, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
